The Quick Law Group focuses on corporate and business matters. It counsels public
and private companies in all aspects of their business, including formation documents,
day-to-day matters, licensing and commercial agreements, compliance and reporting
obligations under securities laws and stock exchange rules, and general corporate
governance matters.
As the founder of the Quick Law Group, Jeff Quick’s expertise runs the gamut of
corporate finance and acquisition transactions. He has represented issuers and
underwriters in initial public offerings, secondary offerings and debt offerings and
issuers, investors, and placement agents in private placements, with aggregate
transaction values in excess of $3 billion. He also represents clients in all aspects
of acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions
and joint ventures, with aggregate transaction values in excess of $2 billion. Jeff
has also counseled both companies and investors in numerous private equity, PIPE and
venture capital transactions, with aggregate transaction values in excess of $300
million.
Prior to forming the Quick Law Group, Jeff practiced at Davis Graham & Stubbs and in
the Colorado office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. Jeff also served as in-house
corporate counsel to Tapestry Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Colorado public company,
evaluating, executing and managing various licensing and commercial transactions,
including strategic alliances, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
Jeff received his law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1997 and his
undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in accounting at the University of Colorado
at Boulder in 1993.
